| Duties: | •Effectively interface with multiple disciplines, Project Management, System Owners,
customers, contractors and AHJ teams
•Mentoring of junior staff
•Mechanical wet-side, hydronic systems design
•Mechanical dry-side HVAC and exhaust systems design
•Plumbing and Fire Protection systems design
•Process mechanical systems design
•Control systems design

| Qualifications: | •Mechanical design background in industrial and advanced tech facilities, cleanroom design
experience a plus
•Central Utilities and Energy Plant Experience
•Experience in systems design and implementation from concept design and criteria development through commissioning and turnover
•Familiarity with applicable Codes and Standards including ability to understand and apply Client's Design Standards
•Ability to read and interpret construction contract documents
•Effective communication presentation skills
•Team Player and self motivated
•Some travel may be required
